Customized orders are not eligible for any return, refund or exchange policy. However, we are responsible for all manufacturing defects. 

It is advisable to shoot the video of product at the time of unpacking after you receive the product from our courier service so that any claim for damage/defect issues can be resolved with help of video with concerned team. While shooting the video, kindly ensure to capture the tax invoice as well as the time stamp of the video along with serial number, outside label information in the beginning to make sure the authenticity.


Return & Refund policy not applicable

  1. Though every piece is handcrafted hence minor differences are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  2. We do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.


Return & Refund policy is applicable when

  1. A wrong product has been delivered where the delivered product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  2. If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  3. If the product is received in a damaged condition.


Process for Replacement, Return & Refund

  1. Our replacement, return & refund policy is applicable within 48 hours from receipt (delivery date) of the product for the following reasons:
    1. Damaged product
    2. Manufacturing defect
    3. Incorrect product.
  2. Please send us images and opening box video of the damaged part or the incorrect product on support@noblenestworld.com. Post receiving the details our team will check its eligibility of return.
  3. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the damaged product and issue a replacement (if replacement) with the correct product once the damaged product is picked up by our logistics partner. This entire process should take around 3-4 working days.
  4. Incase a replacement is not available for the damaged product or you wish to return the product, we will issue a credit note for our online store of the same amount.


Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
